Duties: Under the direction of engineering staff, executing technical inspections in the production process of the aircraft in the context of the authorization of manufacturer operation. Preparing and performing visual, incoming, first article, final inspections during aircraft manufacture for compliance with design specifications, customers and certification requirements. Documenting the technical inspections performed in the production orders SAP-based and the relevant SAP-based IT systems by inspection marks and completing other aircraft documents and preparing first article inspection reports. Supporting troubleshooting and participating in Quality Survey requests. Compiling all technical data of non-conformance to launch the SAP-based quality discrepancy sheets for the professional assessment in accordance with the manufacturing engineering documentation. Documenting all the results of the technical inspector in the SAP based IT system.
Requirements: 3 years in any job title involving experience in aviation including quality inspection dealing with large aircraft structures including fuselages. Prior experience must also include: Experience with reading drawings or blue prints; Experience with SAP; Experience in Quality System; Experience in drawing systems, inspection plans, and inspection coordination; Experience with principles, practices, methods and tools used in the aircraft production line; and Working experience handling and using of inspection tools of the length measuring techniques (mechanical, optional, and electrical).
