
Warehouse Operations Coordinator

Job Summary
The Warehouse Operations Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and executing core warehouse activities that support efficient fulfillment, inventory control, and logistics operations across LAI Games.
This role serves as a central operational support function across Parts Fulfillment, Games Shipping & Receiving, Warranty processes, and e-commerce product readiness by ensuring materials, inventory, and shipments are properly received, organized, staged, documented, and prepared for processing.
The Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining warehouse readiness, accuracy, and digital product content-enabling specialized team members to focus on higher-value, customer-facing, and system-driven responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate receiving activities including unloading, inspection, and staging of inbound shipments
Organize and route materials to appropriate warehouse locations
Support movement of games, parts, and materials across warehouse zones
Assist with container loading/unloading and internal transfers
Coordinate staging and preparation of parts orders for fulfillment
Prepare packaging materials and shipping supplies
Apply labels and organize picking documentation
Maintain organized inventory locations and assist with cycle counts
Support inventory movements including bin transfers and stock replenishment
Receive and process returned parts and materials
Assist with unpacking, staging, crating, and re-packing items as needed
Photograph new parts/products and upload to BigCommerce
Maintain digital image files and ensure product accuracy online
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organization
Provide cross-functional support during peak workloads
Other duties as assigned
Required Skills and Experience
1-3 years warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment experience preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Basic computer proficiency; BigCommerce experience a plus
Basic photography skills or willingness to learn
Internal/External Relationships
Works closely with Warehouse Supervisor, Parts, Games, Warranty, and E-Commerce teams
Qualifications/Education
High school diploma
Basic computing and technical proficiency
Special Requirements
Ability to lift 40-75 lbs
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 90 days
Able and willing to work in non-climate-controlled warehouse conditions
