Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This contract position focuses on providing speech and language services to PreK students in a school-based setting, with a schedule of 7.5 hours per day and 35-37.5 hours per week. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a passion for early childhood intervention, helping children develop essential communication abilities for lifelong success. Preferred applicants will hold an ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), though strong Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates will also be considered. Please note, this opportunity is not available to Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA). Qualifications & Experience:Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited programCurrent state licensure or eligibility as a Speech Language PathologistASHA CCC-SLP preferred; strong CFY candidates welcomedRecent experience or specialization in working with PreK populationsProficiency in conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and delivering therapyExcellent communication skills, collaboration, and flexibility within a team environment Responsibilities:Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy to PreK studentsAssess, diagnose, and create tailored intervention strategies to improve communication skillsDevelop and implement IEPs, track progress, and maintain thorough documentationConsult and collaborate with parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary school staffParticipate in team meetings and provide guidance to support classroom teachers Here, you’ll find a fulfilling role supporting children during a crucial stage of their development.
