Finance Data Analyst
Community Hospital Corporation (CHC), recently recognized as a 2026 Dallas Morning News Top Workplace and named to Becker's list of 165 Top Places to Work in Healthcare, is looking for a Finance Data Analyst to help provide critical analytical support to the Hospital Accounting and Productivity functions. The Analyst will support both the Vice President of Hospital Productivity and Accounting and the Director of Financial Analysis. This position provides analytical support to the Hospital Accounting and Productivity functions through data and financial analysis.
This is an exciting onsite role at our beautiful corporate offices located in Plano between Legacy West and Grandscape. Major Responsibilities
Establish and maintain relationships with hospital accounting teams so that all parties understand their responsibilities related to reconciliation between Cognos and GL balances
Format trial balance files for upload into Cognos and communicate with hospital accounting team to resolve any errors prior to upload
Upload hospital financial trial balance files into IBM Planning Analytics tool on a monthly basis
Enter monthly statistics into IBM Planning Analytics tool for selected hospital clients
Monthly reconciliation of CHC prepared financial reports vs hospital prepared financial statements and trial balance files, including timely resolution of any variances
Completion of annual government survey for owned hospitals
Daily upload of charge volume files into UKG productivity for client hospitals
Biweekly maintenance of master tables in EPRS labor productivity software
Biweekly analysis of labor productivity results in UKG and ERPS including development of action plans to staff more efficiently based on productivity targets
Support VP of Hospital Productivity & Accounting with analysis of financial and productivity data received from hospitals as part of operational assessments
Periodic support of CHC's SVP of Strategic Analysis with hospital service line profitability analyses. Support would include preparing data requests, building hospital service line financial models, and preparing narrative reports to share analysis findings with the hospital/client.
Periodic support for CHC client hospitals with financial analytical needs.
General Duties

Stay current on industry trends and best practices by participating in local HFMA chapter as well as other educational opportunities
Creates a trusted relationship with hospital accounting teams so that they understand monthly data requirements, feel comfortable asking questions and are quick to respond to requests for information
Perform other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the Vice President of Hospital Productivity & Accounting and the Director of Financial Analysis
