Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Make a significant impact in early childhood education by supporting young learners as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Multiple full-time positions are available serving children from birth to age five, giving you the opportunity to shape foundational communication skills during a pivotal stage of development. Opportunities span Salem, South Marion County, and areas in Marion, Polk, and Yamhill Counties. These contract roles run either from July 6, 2026 to June 11, 2027 (for birth–3 year olds) or August 21, 2026 to June 9, 2027 (for 3–5 year olds), each following a 190-day academic contract. Qualifications & Experience:Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & DisordersValid state licensure as an SLP and ASHA CCC or eligibilityExperience working with children birth–5 years old preferredFamiliarity with early intervention and early childhood education settings is a plusExcellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skillsCommitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive environment for all students and families Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessmentsDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s needsProvide direct therapy services to students in classroom and one-on-one settingsCollaborate with educators, specialists, and families to support student progressDocument evaluations, goals, and progress in accordance with school policies and state regulationsParticipate in IEP meetings and provide expert recommendations Enjoy the rewarding nature of shaping the earliest stages of learning.
