Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Make a difference in the lives of K-8 students by providing speech-language services in a flexible, contract role. This opportunity is designed for those passionate about supporting children’s communication growth, utilizing both in-person and teletherapy approaches. You’ll work with a caseload of approximately 20 students, providing targeted interventions primarily in short, focused sessions throughout the week. Key Qualifications:Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility (CF candidates welcomed)CCC-SLP credential preferred, but not requiredExperience or strong interest in pediatric populations and school-based settingsFamiliarity with teletherapy as well as onsite school servicesKnowledge of IEP processes and collaborative documentation for K-8 studentsStrong communication, time management, and organizational skills Core Responsibilities:Provide direct speech-language therapy to K-8 students, both in-person and via teletherapy, as assignedDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with each student’s needs and IEP goalsConduct assessments and maintain accurate records to track student progressCollaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families to promote student successMaintain compliance with educational and healthcare standards, ensuring high-quality support for all students Work Details & Perks:Flexible scheduling: Two days per week, weekdays only, with session hours from approximately 8:00 am to 12:45 pmManageable caseload of about 20 students, with most receiving 20-minute therapy sessions twice weeklySupportive environment open to Clinical Fellows, providing valuable mentorship and career development Ready to inspire young learners and build a rewarding school-based career?
