Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist to work with K-12 students in a school setting. This engaging role is ideal for a skilled SLP with school-based experience who is passionate about making a positive impact in students’ lives. The assignment begins immediately and continues through the end of the current school year, with the potential to renew for the next academic year. Key Qualifications:Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited programValid California SLP license (CCC required)Experience in school environments and with pediatric populationsComfort with teletherapy platforms as well as onsite servicesStrong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with students, staff, and parentsAbility to work independently at one school sitePlease note: SLPAs and Clinical Fellows (CFs) will not be considered for this position Scope of Responsibilities:Provide speech and language therapy to a diverse K-12 caseloadConduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement IEPs in compliance with school and state guidelinesCollaborate with teachers, administrators, and other school-based team membersDocument student progress and maintain accurate recordsParticipate in meetings regarding student development and educational plansUse both in-person and teletherapy service delivery methods as needed Position Details:Approximately 10-15 hours per weekRegular schedule: 7:30am–3:00pmAssignment runs through the end of the school year, with the possibility to continue If you thrive in a supportive educational environment and enjoy working closely with students and staff to achieve educational and communication goals, this position could be an excellent fit.
