SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).Consideration given to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)

working in school-based or pediatric settings.Demonstrated ability to supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs).Proficiency in special education documentation, ARD meetings, and IEP/GOAL writing.Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills. Core Responsibilities:Provide direct speech-language services to elementary-aged students.Conduct evaluations to identify speech and language disorders.Participate in ARD meetings and collaborate with educators and families to develop and implement GOAL plans.Supervise and mentor SLPAs to ensure quality service delivery.Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and legal policies.Engage in professional development to stay updated on best practices in school-based speech therapy.
