Diagnose, repair, and test server hardware while ensuring quality and performance standards are met.
24th April, 2026
Get Your Hands on Real Technology — Not Just Theory! If you enjoy taking things apart, figuring out what’s wrong, and putting them back together better than before — this role is built for you.
We’re looking for a Production Technician who thrives in a hands‑on environment working with server hardware, diagnostics, and repairs. You won’t be stuck behind a desk. You’ll be actively troubleshooting, repairing, and testing equipment — playing a direct role in ensuring quality and performance.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their technical career who wants to build real‑world experience with enterprise‑level hardware while working alongside a collaborative and supportive team.
Why This Opportunity Is Different
This isn’t just a repetitive production role. It’s a technical, problem‑solving position where your work directly impacts product quality and performance.
Hands‑on technical exposure.
Work directly with server hardware, diagnostics tools, and repair processes.
Real skill development. Build practical experience that can lead to IT, networking, or engineering roles.
Team‑driven environment. Collaborate closely with technicians, engineers, and quality teams.
Variety in your day‑to‑day. No two repairs are the same — constant learning and problem‑solving.
Clear impact. You’ll see the results of your work immediately through testing and quality validation.
What You’ll Be Doing
Diagnose and troubleshoot server hardware and component issues.
Repair or replace defective parts to restore functionality.
Disassemble and reassemble units following detailed work instructions.
Use diagnostic tools and test equipment to identify issues.
Test repaired units to ensure they meet performance and quality standards.
Document repair data and enter information into the QMS system.
Identify and report recurring issues or quality concerns to engineering teams.
Inspect products for proper labeling and compliance with specifications.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
What We’re Looking For
Experience
6–12 months of technical repair or related hands‑on experience.
Experience troubleshooting hardware or electromechanical assemblies.
Background in a production, repair, or technical environment preferred.
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Technical Skills
Basic understanding of hardware diagnostics and repair processes.
Familiarity with tools and test equipment used in troubleshooting.

Soft Skills
Strong attention to detail.
Analytical thinking and problem‑solving ability.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and processes.
Strong organizational skills.
Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently.
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
Compensation & Work Model
$25.50 - $26 Per hour, depending on shift and experience.
Work Model: Onsite – LaVergne, Tennessee, USA
Additional benefits may include:
