This position is in support of a proposal effort and is contingent upon contract award. While this is not an immediate opening, we are proactively identifying qualified candidates for anticipated roles expected to begin around August. Position Overview
We are seeking a Data Management & Automation Analyst to support enterprise data initiatives, automation efforts, and reporting capabilities across a mission‑focused environment.
This role is responsible for managing data systems, improving data integrity, and developing automated solutions that streamline business processes and enhance decision‑making. You'll work across multiple functional areas to integrate data sources, develop analytics, and provide leadership with actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
Data Management & Architecture
Support development, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise data repositories and datastores
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and completeness across systems
Document data structures, elements, and management strategies
Support data archiving, sharing, and lifecycle management
Automation & Process Improvement
Design and implement automated workflows to streamline business processes
Develop automated data ingestion pipelines from multiple sources (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Leverage tools and technologies (including AI where applicable) to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
Identify opportunities to improve processes and system usability
Analytics & Reporting
Develop and execute custom queries, analytics, and reporting solutions
Create dashboards and visualizations to support leadership decision‑making
Provide data analysis for:
Financial tracking and forecasting
Program performance
Organizational metrics
Respond to ad hoc data requests from leadership
Data Integration & Knowledge Management
Integrate data from multiple systems into a centralized platform
Synthesize data into meaningful outputs such as:
Program summaries
Impact reports
Funding analysis
Track and manage data related to contracts, vendors, and program activities
Compliance & Governance
Ensure data systems meet compliance and regulatory requirements
Conduct data validation and integrity assessments
Develop and maintain documentation, including:
Requirements analysis reports
Data validation and integrity reports
Project plans and SOPs
Collaboration & Stakeholder Support
Work with stakeholders across business units to gather requirements
Translate business needs into technical data solutions
Support leadership reporting and enterprise‑level decision‑making
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience (one of the following):
Bachelor's degree in
Information Systems
Data Science
Computer Science
Database Administration
Information Management
or related field + 5 years of relevant experience, OR
High School Diploma + 10 years of relevant experience
Experience in:
Data repository management and reporting
Data analytics and data review
Data system improvements and optimization
Desired Qualifications
Master's degree in a related field
Experience leveraging AI or automation tools to improve business processes
Experience managing data systems within Intelligence Community (IC) environments
Clearance Requirement
Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph
