Office Coordinator – Behavioral Health – Full Time
Springwoods Behavioral Health, an 80‑bed behavioral health facility located in Fayetteville, Arkansas, provides acute inpatient treatment for adolescents, adults, and a specialty program for women. The hospital also offers outpatient treatment. Our six‑acre campus is adjacent to a 123‑acre Audubon Wildlife and Bird Sanctuary, which remains in its natural state, providing a peaceful setting for those on the road to recovery.

Responsibilities
The Office Coordinator performs and assists with the implementation of clerical and public relations functions of the office. Actively supports, promotes, and works to fulfill the Mission, Vision and Values associated with Springwoods Behavioral Health. This position ensures the office operates efficiently and in compliance with company policies.

Skills and Abilities
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
Excellent communication skills are required to communicate orally in a clear, concise manner with employees, physicians, administration, the medical staff, and the public.
Must possess a pleasant speaking voice.
Skill sets to work in a fast‑paced environment with frequent interruptions.
Ability to work in a behavioral health environment and observe the standards of care needed for patients.
Skill with telephone and switchboard equipment.
Knowledge of office equipment to assist with routine office assignments.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. One year of experience in switchboard operations or receptionist duties at a hospital, healthcare facility or institutional setting. Medical receptionist training or experience preferred.
