Yard Technician
Plays a critical role supporting field construction teams by maintaining accurate inventory, preparing materials for projects, and ensuring efficient shipping and receiving operations.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine and random inventory counts to ensure material accuracy
Learn and identify all materials used in construction operations
Pull and stage materials for outgoing project orders
Process and re‑inventory all returned materials from job sites
Assist with shipping and receiving, including loading and unloading deliveries
Maintain an organized and safe yard environment
Perform general labor and yard maintenance duties as needed
Complete inventory documentation and paperwork accurately and on time
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience in inventory, warehouse, construction support, or yard operations is a plus
Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting and moving materials
Comfortable working in an outdoor yard environment

Compensation and Benefits
Pay rate: $18–$24 per hour. Overtime: high potential depending on workload and project needs. US pay range for this role: $18—$24 USD.
