Position Summary:
The Skilled Trades Helper will assist journeymen in carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing. Responsibilities include assembly, installation, inspections, preventive maintenance, repairs, and related equipment handling. Reliable attendance and maintaining collegial relationships are essential.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

Valid Driver's License

Preferred Qualifications:

At least one year of experience and/or knowledge in carpentry, electrical, HVAC, or plumbing

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Knowledge of basic measuring tools, equipment, and materials used in skilled trades

Basic understanding of Microsoft Office products such as email and spreadsheets

Skill in the use, operation, and care of tools and machinery

Ability to perform manual labor under various working conditions

Ability to use hand and power tools in various working conditions

Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions

Ability to communicate information and ideas in various environments

Salary Information:
$39,930 (commensurate with education and experience)
