Seasonal Custodian - Part-Time Summer (Diamond, Laurel, Live and Scarlet Oaks)
Job Description: This position involves general cleaning of buildings, painting of interior walls, lawn mowing, and other custodial tasks.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
General cleaning of buildings.
Painting experience, preferably on interior walls.
Lawn mowing.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Pass a criminal history check.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Respect for diverse lifestyles, cultures, relations and values.
Salary/Pay Scale: $16.66 per hour
Hours: June 1, 2026 – August 7, 2026, Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (Maximum 28 hours per week, hours may vary)
Location: Diamond Oaks, Laurel Oaks, Live Oaks & Scarlet Oaks
