Mon 10:00 AM - 05:00 PM
Fri 10:00 AM - 05:00 PM
Sat 10:00 AM - 05:00 PM
Sun 11:00 AM - 06:00 PM
What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out assigned security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observed activity and reporting concerns to site leadership.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or potential issues.
Monitor access points and activity across the location to help support site rules, assist with directions, and address unauthorized entry or policy concerns.
Communicate with property personnel, guests, and/or first responders as needed to support incident response, provide information, and complete required reports.
Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
