
Maintenance Reliability Technician

Purpose and Mission
Responsible for ensuring that equipment, processes, and systems operate reliably and efficiently, minimizing downtime and reducing maintenance costs.
Key Activities and Responsibilities
Data Analysis: Analyze equipment failure data to identify patterns and potential issues.
Root Cause Analysis: Conduct investigations to determine the root causes of equipment failures.
Preventative Measures: Develop and implement strategies to prevent equipment failures and improve reliability.
Collaboration: Work with maintenance and engineering teams to integrate new technologies and methods.
Testing: Design and execute reliability tests to ensure equipment meets safety and performance standards.
Reporting: Prepare reports and documentation to record findings and recommend improvements.
Risk Management: Identify and manage risks that can impact the reliability of assets and business operations.
Skills
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and identify trends.
Problem-Solving: Strong skills in diagnosing issues and developing effective solutions.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of engineering principles and maintenance practices.
Communication: Effective communication skills to collaborate with various teams and present findings.
Project Management: Ability to manage projects and coordinate with different departments.
Software Proficiency: Familiarity with reliability software tools and systems.
Previous Experience
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Predictive Maintenance or a related field
Qualifications and Education
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.
