Position Overview

As a Regional Coordinator within PNC's Retail Distribution Operations, you will be based in Clinton, NC, with additional locations in the Carolinas Market considered. Your role is to support multiple retail branch regions by coordinating supply and equipment orders, assisting with branch scheduling, and managing reporting tasks.

Responsibilities

Provide essential support to multiple retail branch regions in the Carolinas Market.

Coordinate supply and equipment orders.

Assist with branch scheduling needs.

Manage reporting tasks and prepare/distribute reports to support regional leadership.

Serve as a communication point of contact and gather business‑specific feedback.

Act as proxy for expense reports and expense requests.

Oversee calendar management, submit work requests, process invoices, and ensure vacation, time, and attendance are entered into the appropriate database.

Respond to and route customer concerns for resolution to ecosystem partners.

Assist branches with staffing issues, distribution lists, new hire paperwork, and onboarding.

Enroll and track branch employees in training classes.

Create job requisitions for new employees.

Qualifications

Associate’s degree or equivalent; 3+ years of relevant work experience.

Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OneNote, and SharePoint.

Prior reporting experience preferred.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Effective communication and calendaring skills.

Competencies in accuracy and attention to detail, desktop tools, general computer competency, and office administration.

Knowledge of regulatory compliance, workforce optimization, and operational performance is a plus.

Ability to assess and manage risks in alignment with PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
