What You’ll Do
Project Planning & Coordination
Support project planning from Design Development through Construction Drawings and Permit submission
Track key milestones and timelines across multiple store projects
Coordinate updates between Design, Construction, Real Estate, and external partners
Documentation & Process Support
Organize and maintain project files, including drawings, plans, and approvals
Track permit submissions, approvals, and status updates
Manage document flow across shared systems (e.g., SharePoint or similar)
Construction Coordination
Monitor progress updates and flag potential risks or delays
Track milestones across both internal teams and external partners (including landlords)
Support coordination of construction‑related communications and updates
Team & Administrative Support
Assist with preparing presentations and project materials for reviews
Support scheduling, invoice tracking, and general coordination tasks
What We’re Looking For
Have 0–3 years of experience (internships count!)
Have exposure to project planning, design development, construction documentation, or permitting processes
Understand or have worked with project milestones and timelines
Are highly organized and detail‑oriented
Can manage multiple tasks and follow through on deadlines
Communicate clearly and work well across teams
Are proactive and take ownership of tasks
Key Experience That Will Set You Apart
Exposure to design development, construction drawings, or permit processes
Experience tracking project milestones across multiple stakeholders
Experience working with external partners (vendors, landlords, consultants, etc.)Familiarity with project documentation or shared file systems
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or similar tracking tools
