PDS Tech Commercial is seeking talented Senior Advanced Systems Engineers for a key project in avionics. If you have expertise in systems modeling and are passionate about advancing model-based systems engineering (MBSE), this is the opportunity for you! As part of a leading‑edge team, you'll play a pivotal role in developing SysML modeling artifacts.
Role Overview
In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for leading the systems modeling effort in the avionics domain using Dassault Cameo Enterprise Architect. Your efforts will directly influence the direction of model‑based systems engineering practices and help set the stage for future requirements within both governmental and commercial sectors.
In addition to working alongside brilliant engineers and industry leaders, you’ll enjoy a competitive
pay rate of $63-68/hr
and a flexible,
hybrid work schedule (3 days in‑office, 2 days remote) . We believe in work‑life balance and offer a
day shift (8 AM to 5 PM)
to ensure you have time to recharge and pursue your passions outside of work.
Key Responsibilities
Lead systems modeling initiatives for avionics projects using Dassault Cameo Enterprise Architect.
Develop and mentor engineers with limited modeling experience in creating SysML artifacts.
Define and implement systems modeling guidelines, processes, and custom profiles.
Work closely with cross‑functional teams to integrate systems models with engineering designs.
Provide expertise on best practices in systems modeling and modeling software usage.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (required).
5+ years of experience in systems modeling within the avionics or aerospace domain.
Hands‑on experience with Dassault Cameo Enterprise Architect.
Strong understanding of SysML and model‑based systems engineering (MBSE).
Solid background in defining and implementing systems modeling guidelines and custom profiles.

Pay Details: $63.00 to $68.00 per hour
