Location: Fort Worth, TX 76119
Job Type: Full-Time | Consultant (12 Months, Temp-to-Perm)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
Pay Rate: $40.00–$60.00 per hour

PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the aerospace industry to hire a highly skilled PLM Administrator. In this role, you will support and enhance mission-critical Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems that enable engineers and business teams to design, collaborate, and deliver advanced aerospace solutions. Your work will directly support system reliability, security, and continuous improvement across enterprise platforms.
Responsibilities
Provide application and server administration for Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE platforms
Support engineering applications including ENOVIA, 3DX, and Cameo/Teamwork Cloud
Perform patching, upgrades, and ongoing system maintenance
Deliver efficient incident and outage support with a focus on minimizing downtime
Develop creative, sustainable solutions to reduce recurring issues and manual troubleshooting
Collaborate with IT peers to ensure compliance with security controls, vulnerability management, and system currency
Communicate clearly with business users regarding incidents, maintenance, and project updates
Partner with process owners and SMEs to understand business requirements
Create and maintain accurate, detailed system and support documentation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience in application and server administration (Windows/Linux)
5+ years of PLM system administration, specifically with Dassault Systèmes solutions
Strong understanding of user authentication technologies (Kerberos, SAML 2.0, LDAP, etc.)
Proven ability to collaborate in team environments while working independently when needed
Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking, and adaptability skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics to diverse audiences
Preferred Skills
Experience with tools such as JIRA, Git, SVN, or similar
Basic understanding of databases
Experience with Red Hat Linux
Knowledge of Matrix Query Language (MQL)
Strong organizational, analytical, multitasking, and time management abilities
