Job Overview
We are recruiting for a Project Manager to be based in our Boston office in Hudson, MA. The role involves managing complex construction projects that strengthen and extend the life of our nation’s structures.
Responsibilities
Managing self‑performed complex repair and restoration projects
Preparing contracts and negotiating revisions with internal contract teams as needed
Developing and managing schedules in collaboration with field leadership
Maintaining profit & loss responsibility and other project financials, including projections
Providing strong leadership and supervision to project teams and subcontractors
Working closely with in‑house estimators and sales teams to review bids and develop proposals
Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships
Demonstrating dedication to safety and quality control on all projects
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering or related field
5–12 years of relevant experience in commercial construction and/or restoration
Demonstrated success managing projects valued between $1 Million and $5 Million
Experience with structural concrete repair, waterproofing, façade repair, and/or historic restoration
Strong knowledge of computer‑based programs, including Microsoft Office and project management & forecasting tools
Strong leadership skills to train and mentor others
Travel expectation 20–30%
Compensation
Base salary will range from $119,000 to $130,000, commensurate with education and experience.
