Key Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain: Execute precise preventive maintenance schedules to keep our machines in top shape.
Fix: Diagnose and repair complex electrical and mechanical systems on the fly.
Improve: Work on equipment upgrades and find ways to make our processes even better.
Record: Keep detailed logs of your work to maintain our high-quality certifications.
Required Qualifications
Education: High school diploma
Industrial Expertise: Proven experience maintaining industrial machinery such as CNC machines, conveyor systems, motors, pumps, and HVAC systems.
Core Systems Knowledge: Working knowledge of PLC functionality, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), and complex fluid power systems (hydraulics/pneumatics).
Fabrication Skills: Proficiency in welding (MIG/Resistance) and metal fabrication.
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment that includes noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
Ability to work overtime as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
Technical certification or Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance or Electrical Engineering.
