What you'll be doing day to day
Reach excellence in the daily running of different parts of the DC Operations by assuming major responsibility for picking, packing, shipping, receiving, replenishment and storing with the customer in focus.
Manage picking, packing, shipping, receiving, replenishment and storing of the goods. Contribute with ideas and inputs to the agreed goals of the action plan in the daily work.
Effectively unload and handle inbound/outbound goods. Secure merchandise properly to allow for safe movement through the distribution center.
Contribute to the overall warehouse operations goals setting, drive the implementation of local business plans/projects and analyze existing workload to secure daily volume handling and meet seasonal fluctuation needs.
Remove and properly document all damages found or caused on inbound/outbound merchandise.
Assume responsibility for other tasks and projects assigned, where applicable.

Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of related experience.
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs./30kgs ergonomically. Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
Fluent in English and local language, both written and spoken.
Previous warehouse and forklift experience is preferred, but not required.
