Responsibilities
Organize, file, and maintain deal folders for all vehicle sales in an orderly and accessible manner.
Review all documents for accuracy and completeness before final processing to ensure compliance with internal standards and procedures.
Handle a high volume of paperwork with consistent accuracy and attention to detail.
Scan required documents into the system and verify that all scanned files are correctly indexed and stored.
Perform light data entry, including entering notes, updating records, and posting basic accounting entries.
Use Microsoft Office and other office software to prepare, update, and maintain documents and records.
Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office team as needed, such as filing, copying, and organizing records.
Offer courteous and professional customer service when interacting with internal staff and external contacts.
Essential Skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize large volumes of paperwork.
High attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing and processing documents.
Ability to work efficiently and stay focused in a fast‑paced environment.
Basic computer skills, including scanning documents and performing data entry.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications for everyday clerical and administrative tasks.
Ability to provide professional customer service in an office setting.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Prior office, administrative, or clerical experience preferred but not required.
Experience with filing systems and document management is an advantage.
Familiarity with basic accounting entries is helpful.
Strong communication skills for working effectively with a small office team.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and support a variety of administrative tasks.
Work Environment
This role is fully onsite in an office environment, working as part of a small team of three. The position involves frequent handling of physical paperwork, use of office equipment such as scanners and computers, and regular work within standard office software, including Microsoft Office. The workday is spent primarily at a desk performing clerical, data entry, and document management tasks in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented setting.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Memphis, TN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 – $19.00/hr.
