Aseptic Maintenance Specialist - Day Shift
COMPENSATION:
$53+/hour
$4,000 sign-on bonus!
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Troubleshoot equipment which includes both electrical and mechanical systems
Perform and assist in repair or updating and installation of equipment
Work closely with production to minimize downtime while maintaining high quality
Monitor efficiencies of aseptic area packing and processing equipment
Ensure proper preventative maintenance structure is in place and being followed
Initiate corrective actions and implement solutions to productivity performance issues
Assist area maintenance mechanics with preventive and breakdown maintenance of filling lines and processing equipment as needed
Provide individualized training to maintenance and operations staff as required
Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues
Follow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements

Able to read, understand, and adhere to documents and procedures (GLP, SOP, SDS, GMP, test procedures, and HACCP)
Able to demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in work
Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Basic computer operational skills; able to input and retrieve computerized information
Able to follow written, verbal and diagrammatic instructions; able to complete simple checklists and complete required documentation
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
Able to solve problems by adapting knowledge and experience
Able to adapt and manage to change effectively
Able to perform complex or complicated maintenance activities/repairs independently
Able to work effectively in a team environment
Able to diagnose and take appropriate steps to find solutions to problems
Must be able to read, write and speak English
Tetra Pak filling and packaging experience required
