Shift & Compensation
The shift for this position is Monday‑Friday C‑shift 3 pm‑11 pm.

Additional compensation provided:

Relocation Benefits: Receive a $10 000 relocation bonus PLUS a generous relocation package if relocating more than 50 miles for the position.

Off‑shift bonus up to $10 000 annually available for qualifying shifts.

Extra shift bonus available when working beyond the regular schedule.

Responsibilities
Leadership

Engage your team by communicating expectations and providing ongoing performance feedback.

With coaching and support from plant leadership, guide a team of production partners to maximize efficiencies and achieve daily production goals.

Assist in overseeing company, plant or department processes and programs. Monitor training to ensure the team is prepared for success.

Support diversity, equity and inclusion efforts in alignment with company commitments.

Manufacturing Operations

Daily problem solving to identify waste and cost‑reduction opportunities.

Participate in capital improvement projects.

Resolve roadblocks to maximize production efficiencies.

Customer Compliance

Collaborate with others to drive our efforts which serve our customer obsession.

Develop and demonstrate knowledge of various government regulations.

Represent the plant with regulatory, customer, and internal audits.

Establish and audit standard operating procedures which define and monitor processes to ensure customer requirements are met.

This position will be working nights and weekends. The work schedule will be shared with you during the interview process. As you demonstrate successful performance in the role there will be the opportunity to move to days.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in dairy, food science, agriculture, business, or related field preferred. Candidates with a high school diploma or GED and 3‑5 years of proven leadership or manufacturing experience are also considered.

Ability to communicate with influence both written and verbally.

Proactive, self‑accountable, focus on solutions, continuous desire to learn, grow and improve.

Ability to collaborate with partners from diverse backgrounds and ensure a culture rooted in dignity and respect for others.

Physical requirements: Stand up for 12 hours per day, walk up to 60 minutes per hour, sit up to 15 minutes per hour, lift/carry up to 50 pounds, bend/squat/twist.

Travel Requirements

Valid driver's license, auto insurance (at least state minimum, more may be required), acceptable driving record per Schreiber Foods' discretion, and a vehicle that will allow the applicant to meet travel necessities of the position.
