
Full-Charge Bookkeeper / Aministrative Assistant

Responsibilities
Track and pay accounts payable.
Monitor and reconcile bank accounts.
Record daily income from different sources (Mail, EFT, Front Desk).
Monitor credit card expenses.
Enter income and expenses in QuickBooks.
Submit payroll data to the payroll company.
Maintain updated employee files.
Prepare monthly profit/loss and budget statements.
Submit financial data needed by the CPA.
Keep an updated list of all vendors and their contracts.
Assist the CEO with administrative duties.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in accounting.
5 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting in a medical office setting.
Proficient in QuickBooks.
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
Very competitive hourly rate based on experience with an attractive bonus formula.
