$37/hr on W2
Hours:
20 hours per week, depending on business needs
Schedule:
8:00 AM — 12:00 PM PST

We are seeking a high-ownership
Administrative Operations Specialist
to support the Global Customer Success (GCS) ML SBX team. This role acts as a
strategic partner to leadership , driving cross-functional coordination, managing documentation and meetings, and delivering data-driven insights to track team performance.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with global stakeholders to track action items and ensure project milestones are met.
Manage complex calendars, meetings, and documentation, including agendas and actionable minutes.
Support internal communications and marketing content (e.g., newsletters, updates).
Analyze data to identify trends, maintain dashboards, and track KPIs.
Prepare reports and visualizations to support decision-making.
Facilitate team meetings and events to enhance collaboration and communication.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required with 5 years of experience in administrative, operations, or project support roles.
Strong skills in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) or data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
Experience with project tracking tools (Smartsheet, Jira, Trello) and O365/SharePoint.
Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
High level of accountability, analytical thinking, and ability to work in a fast-paced global environment.
