Green Garden Landscaping is a growing, full-service landscaping company serving residential, HOA, and commercial properties across the Greater Seattle Area. We build outdoor spaces that people are proud of — and we need a Crew Lead who takes that seriously. Projects we work on consist of retaining walls, paver patios and walkways, fence installations, french drains, and general landscape maintenance.
What you'll do
Lead a crew on landscape construction projects including hardscape installation, planting, grading, drainage, retaining walls, irrigation support, and cleanup.
Manage daily workflow on-site — sequencing tasks, keeping pace, and adjusting when things shift.
Communicate directly with the Operations Manager on job progress, material needs, delays, and crew issues.
Conduct daily equipment checks and ensure safe, proper use of tools and machinery.
Train and mentor crew members on technique, safety, and expectations.
Maintain a clean, organized job site throughout the project.
Represent Green Garden professionally in front of clients.
What we're looking for
3+ years of hands‑on landscape construction experience
At least 1 year in a lead or supervisor role
Solid understanding of hardscape and softscape installation
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Strong work ethic
