This position plays a key role in delivering high-quality exterior property services for residential and commercial clients. Crew members contribute to the care, enhancement, and installation of outdoor environments, including fine landscaping, lawn care, and custom hardscape features. Key Responsibilities
Perform detailed lawn and property maintenance services, including mowing, edging, trimming, and site cleanup
Assist in the installation of landscape enhancements such as plantings, mulch beds, and grading
Support the construction of outdoor living features including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and fencing
Operate landscaping tools and equipment with care, precision, and attention to safety
Prepare and maintain vehicles and equipment that reflect company standards
Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard
Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients on-site
Qualifications
Strong work ethic with a commitment to quality and attention to detail
Ability to perform physical work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Positive attitude and willingness to learn skilled trade work
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
Ability to follow direction and contribute to a team-oriented environment
