Landscape Maintenance Technician – Full-Time
Mark IV Enterprises is seeking a reliable, skilled Landscape Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role focuses on detailed landscape care and improvement—not routine lawn mowing. The ideal candidate has experience with pruning, tree trimming, grading, lawn repair, and hardscape installation, along with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a crew.
Key Responsibilities
Perform seasonal and corrective pruning of shrubs, ornamental trees, and plantings
Conduct tree trimming and small‑tree maintenance using proper safety and horticultural practices
Complete grading, soil preparation, and drainage‑related landscape work
Execute lawn repair tasks including topdressing, seeding, and patch restoration
Assist with patio installations, paver work, and other small hardscape projects
Maintain landscape beds, remove debris, and support site cleanups
Operate hand tools, power tools, and light equipment safely and efficiently
Identify site issues and communicate needs or recommendations to supervisors
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
Qualifications
Experience in landscape maintenance, horticulture, or related field preferred (5 years preferred)
Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Familiarity with pruning techniques, grading tools, and basic hardscape installation
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Schedule
8 hour shift 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
Day shift
Monday to Friday
