Reyes Fleet Management is seeking a
Diesel Technician B
to help with repairs and maintenance on trailer/tractor equipment at our facility shop in Eagan, MN.
Shift:
Full-Time 2nd Shift – Tuesday – Friday 4:10 a.m.–12:00 p.m. and 10:30 p.m.
OFF Sat–Mon .
Pay:
$25.00–$30.00/hr, plus $1.00/hr shift differential.
CDL incentive pay:
$1.00 with an active CDL A or B license.

Position Responsibilities
Accurately inspect, repair, and perform routine preventive maintenance of fleet equipment, including component inspections and repairs.
Complete necessary documentation for repairs and maintenance while maintaining accurate records in the AssetWorks system.
Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems using diagnostic tools and technical manuals.
Adhere to all company, local, state, and federal policies and regulations including DOT, OSHA, and Reyes Fleet Management standards.
Maintain company and DOT safety programs and correct selection and use of tools, PPE, machine guarding, and established best safety practices.
Drive company and customer vehicles; maintain a current driver qualification file (annual MVR checks, DOT Physical, safety performance history, drug screening within 30 days of start for CDL holders).
Complete other projects or duties as assigned.
Required Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED with at least 2 years of related experience.
Minimum age 18.
Own tools.
Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record in compliance with DOT regulations.
Ability to repeatedly lift, push, or pull >50 pounds, occasionally >100 pounds.
Preferred Education and Experience
Technical school certification.
