Alleima Production Technician
Alleima, located in Clarks Summit, PA, is seeking a Production Technician for its hot‑flow manufacturing facility.
Key Performance Areas
As the Production Technician, you will be responsible for performing various manufacturing, quality‑control, and logistics tasks including operating saws, overhead cranes, and inspection tools. This role requires a variety of industrial skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to learn new skills in support of manufacturing.
Responsibilities
Perform product quality inspections using various inspection tools.
Participate in continuous improvement activities.
Perform other duties assigned by Management.
Shift Requirements
This position requires the ability to work any shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd).
Qualifications
You possess a minimum of a high‑school diploma/GED and a strong mechanical aptitude. One or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred, and inspection experience would be a plus. Candidates should also possess basic math and data‑entry skills, and be a strong team player capable of performing well in a total‑quality, team‑based environment. You are reliable, strongly focused on quality, and show a high level of initiative.
