Job Description
Financial Advisors work within a highly collaborative circuit of bank branches and manage an assigned book of business. PNC Investments advisors execute an advice and planning strategy focused on helping clients meet their savings, investing and retirement goals. Our team of financial planning experts guide clients in creating personalized solutions. The comprehensive, holistic and strategic approach keeps all parties aligned. PNC’s referral program and culture drive teamwork. We provide a robust training program, administrative support, and state‑of‑the‑art technology. At PNC Investments, we are passionate about our values and helping advisors build their future. As a Financial Advisor within PNC Wealth Management, you will be based in Louisville, KY.
Responsibilities
Consult on investment and insurance strategies, develop financial plans for clients, grow and retain a book of business, own the client experience, efficiently handle sales and service, identify opportunities, and refer to internal partners.
Acquire, expand, and maintain client relationships through business development and networking; grow client loyalty and share of wallet through an exceptional client experience; apply product and procedural knowledge to solve client problems.
Develop and implement investment and insurance strategies; determine best products; present sound recommendations; establish individual financial plans; monitor plans and recommend changes.
Coach and educate branch staff and internal partners to identify investment opportunities; drive investment education and visibility; lead the branch team toward results; communicate regularly with partners to build relationships that drive referrals.
Meet regularly with branch manager and partners to communicate business results and pipeline; meet service level agreements on lead and referral follow‑up; adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, policies, and guidelines.

Roles at this level typically require a university/college degree with 2+ years of relevant professional experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience (including military service) may be considered.
Education
Bachelor’s degree.
Licenses
FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63,65) required.
