
Human Resources Generalist

We’re hiring an HR Generalist to support a fast‑paced, multi‑site U.S. workforce. This is a hands‑on role covering employee lifecycle, HR operations, and employee relations support, with exposure to HR Business Partner activities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
Process HR system updates (ADP – hires, terminations, transfers)
Maintain compliant employee records (I-9s, documentation)
Triage HR queries and support employee relations cases
Assist with performance management (reviews, PIPs, tracking)
Provide day‑to‑day HR guidance to managers and employees
Support audits, reporting, and HR projects
Requirements
2–5 years HR experience (generalist or similar)
Experience with ADP or similar HR systems
Exposure to employee relations and performance processes
Strong organisation, attention to detail, and communication skills
