Position Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive
HR Generalist
to support a wide range of human resources functions, including benefits administration, compliance, employee administration, and performance management. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing department initiatives with day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for employee benefit matters; providing guidance and support to managers and employees
Administer HR policies and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Manage employee lifecycle processes (new hires, changes, terminations)
Coordinate benefits administration and assist employees with enrollment and questions
Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS data integrity in ADP Workforce Now
Assist with performance management processes and employee development initiatives
Support training programs and company-wide HR initiatives
Partner with leadership to improve employee engagement and retention
As needed, support full‑cycle recruiting, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of HR Generalist experience
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices in Oregon and Washington
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar)
Oregon and Washington HR experience
