Role Description
This is a full-time, in-person or remote position for a Litigation Paralegal. The Litigation Paralegal will perform tasks such as preparing legal documents, reviewing case materials, conducting legal research, and assisting in drafting pleadings and motions. The role also involves coordinating case management activities and providing administrative support for legal proceedings.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review
Proficiency in legal research and ability to analyze legal information
Experience with drafting Pleadings and Motions
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in legal software and tools is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or related field preferred
Certification in Paralegal Studies is beneficial but not required
