Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing*** Safely operate a tanker truck to transport materials between plants and customer locations* Load and unload tanker equipment in compliance with safety and operational procedures* Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections, reporting equipment or maintenance needs* Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries* Maintain required logs, documentation, and regulatory compliance standards**What Are We Looking For*** Must have a valid **Class A CDL** license* Demonstrated capability to safely operate commercial tanker vehicles* Strong focus on safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence* Ability to follow procedures, instructions, and changing schedules* Clear communication skills and a customer-focused mindset* Dependability and flexibility to support regional operations**Conditions of Employment*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing**Work Environment*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.**What We Offer*** Average weekly pay of $1,600* Minimum weekly guarantee of $1,050* 401(k) retirement savings plan with an automatic company contribution as well as matching contributions* Highly competitive benefits programs, including:
