About the Role
The Senior Manager of FP&A plays a key role in delivering strategic financial support within the Corporate FP&A function. This position is responsible for leading complex financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling to support data-driven decision-making. The role partners cross-functionally with senior stakeholders to provide forward-looking insights, drive business performance, and influence strategic priorities. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in financial planning and analysis, along with a proven ability to translate financial data into actionable recommendations.
Job Responsibilities
Lead complex financial modeling and analysis to support strategic planning and key business decisions.
Own and drive end-to-end FP&A processes, including planning, forecasting, and performance reporting against targets.
Partner with senior leadership to provide data-driven insights and ensure alignment with enterprise performance objectives.
Identify and implement opportunities to enhance and streamline processes through advanced analytics, automation, and tools.
Establish and promote FP&A best practices, frameworks, and standards across the organization.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required.
Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in FP&A.
Strong MS Office experience, specifically Excel and PPT.
Deep expertise in financial planning, forecasting, and analysis.
Strong strategic thinking skills with advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
Proven track record of driving process improvements and leading change initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or advanced degree.
Experience supporting senior executives (e.g., CFO, business unit leaders) in a large, matrixed organization.
Advanced proficiency in financial systems, planning tools, and data visualization platforms.
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
Strong business acumen with experience in a relevant industry.
Salary Range
113,800 USD to 166,867 USD
