Part-time Apartment Maintenance Technician in Alliance

We are currently seeking a part‑time Property Maintenance technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders, renovating apartments and all other interior and exteriortasks required inprofessionally maintaining our property. We are looking to bring a skilled, hard working individual ontoour property to work 24 hrs per week with the possible flexibilty to work more hours if needed.

Responsibilities

Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion

Skilled at estimatingtime and extent of repairs needed

Perform routine preventive maintenance

Maintain material and supply inventory in an organized fashion

Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary

Work hand and hand with Owner/Management team

Keeping property both inside and outside in safe/clean condition

Maintain all equipment at the property

Snow removal in the winter

Qualifications

Previous experience in property maintenance or other related fields

Must have excellent skills for apartment turns(carpentry, painting, electrical and plumbing)

Very good experience with maintenance tools and equipment

Ability to handle physical workload

Deadline and detail-oriented

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Must have own transportation and tools
