SNAP depends on the dedication and talent of our volunteers!
The Neuter Scooter travels throughout San Diego County, offering affordable spay
euter clinics on location. Our clinics are popular and we’d be grateful to have some assistance with vaccine clinics: checking in customers, providing comfort for the animals (and their owners!), and distributing information for post-operation procedures. Bilingual volunteers are especially needed. If you love pets...you’ll see a few!
Laundry Volunteers needed in El Cajon at SNAP Spay Center
Pickup between 1-2 pm and return M-F before next clinic at same location.
Social Media
Help promote SNAP via social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Yelp).
Share posts and information about our work with the community and pet owners.
Event Planning
Brainstorm, plan, and execute community events to bring pet lovers together.
Assist at scheduled events and help raise funds to support SNAP programs.
Community Service
Complete the community service hours form and provide needed information: number of hours, date, and credit purpose (school, work, court).
Education in Schools
Become an in‑classroom communication volunteer for SNAP.
Bring your pet to classrooms and educate children about proper pet care, pet overpopulation, and the importance of spaying and neutering pets.
