Job Summary
We are seeking a Recruiter to support a fast-paced contingent labor staffing program in an onsite environment. This role is ideal for an early-career recruiting professional with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. The Recruiter will play a key role in coordinating staffing activities, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting program operations while partnering with internal teams and external vendors. This position requires adaptability, strong communication, and a proactive mindset to navigate evolving business needs.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative and operational recruiting support, including amendments, extensions, data collection, cleanup, and resume shortlisting
Support execution of key initiatives within the contingent labor program
Collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to collect, analyze, and validate staffing data
Monitor and evaluate staffing suppliers to ensure compliance with program standards and expectations
Manage onboarding, offboarding, and assignment tracking for contingent workers
Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal business partners, external suppliers, and cross-functional teams
Maintain accurate records and reporting within staffing systems and tools
Adapt to shifting priorities and evolving program requirements with a flexible, solution-oriented approach
Required Qualifications
3–5 years of recruiting, staffing, or related experience (candidates with significantly more experience may not be considered)
Demonstrated stability in work history with consistent tenure
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in contingent workforce programs, staffing agencies, or technology-related environments
Familiarity with Vendor Management Systems (e.g., VMS platforms such as Vndly)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Outlook and Teams
