Commercial Support Specialist/Business Development Support role

Responsibilities

Assist in maintaining customer and partner relationships in the Europe & US markets, supporting day‑to‑day business communication and relationship development in the company's new energy, energy storage, and power plant project sectors.

Support follow‑up with potential customers, project partners, consultants, EPC contractors, and other partners, including daily liaison, visit arrangements, and meeting coordination.

Assist the commercial team in market intelligence gathering, customer background research, project opportunity tracking, and basic documentation.

Help prepare customer visit materials, meeting minutes, project tracking sheets, business presentation materials, and internal coordination documents.

Work closely with the commercial, project development, solutions, and project teams to facilitate the transfer and follow‑up of customer requirements internally.

Support local exhibitions and marketing events to identify business opportunities for industrial dehumidifiers, and assist with customer reception and business exchange arrangements.

Complete other market commercial support and customer relationship maintenance tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Business, Marketing, Energy, Electrical Power, International Trade, Linguistics, or related fields preferred.

With 2–5 years of experience in customer relations, commercial support, sales support, business development, or project coordination; outstanding fresh graduates may also be considered.

Interest in the new energy, energy storage, power, or infrastructure sectors; relevant industry background is a plus.

Strong communication and presentation skills, organizational and coordination abilities, and execution capability to support multiple tasks simultaneously.

Meticulous and responsible, with a strong sense of ownership and team spirit.

Basic commercial acumen to assist with customer communication, meeting scheduling, and project tracking.

Fluent English preferred – must be able to use English as a working language for daily communication. Proficiency in both English and German/French is a strong plus.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite to organize basic business documents and presentation materials.

Willing and able to travel as necessary within the target markets.
