
Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to support and enhance operational accuracy and consistency across our organization. This role is responsible for overseeing quality processes, managing offshore teams, ensuring data integrity, and implementing standardized procedures. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and comfortable working cross-functionally to maintain high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with setting up and maintaining accounts and certificates in internal systems, making sure information is accurate and complete
Support teams handling policy processing, certificates of insurance (COIs), and data entry to help ensure work is completed accurately and on time
Help monitor data across systems and flag any inconsistencies in policy information
Follow established quality assurance guidelines and help identify opportunities to improve processes
Assist in reviewing commission details and carrier information to ensure accuracy
Participate in routine audits to help maintain data quality and identify areas for improvement
Work with other teams to support efficient workflows, maintain accurate data, and assist with onboarding new clients to ensure a smooth experience
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Experience with data management and systems (EPIC or similar platforms preferred)
Experience with process improvement or workflow optimization
Ability to adapt to changing processes and drive continuous improvement
Fast-paced environment
High volume of policy transactions and documentation
Collaborative, team‑oriented setting with cross‑functional communication
