We are seeking a strong Operations Manager to lead field operations in the Nixa, MO area and help drive performance, accountability, and service quality across multiple client sites.
This is a leadership role for someone who understands security operations, knows how to manage people, and takes ownership of results.
Position Overview
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily security operations across assigned accounts, ensuring staffing coverage, maintaining compliance, and building strong client relationships. This position directly supervises site supervisors and security officers while partnering with executive leadership to support growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
Oversee day-to-day security operations across multiple client locations
Ensure all sites follow company policies, post orders, and client expectations
Conduct site visits, inspections, and performance audits
Develop and implement operational improvements where needed
Ensure compliance with local, state, and company regulations
Personnel Leadership
Recruit, hire, train, and develop security officers and site supervisors
Manage scheduling and staffing to ensure proper coverage
Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching
Address disciplinary issues professionally and consistently
Promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, and safety
Client Relations
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Respond promptly to client concerns and service requests
Conduct client check-ins and maintain strong working relationships
Identify opportunities to improve service delivery
Administrative Oversight
Review payroll, timekeeping, and scheduling accuracy
Prepare incident reports and operational summaries
Monitor labor costs and help manage budgets
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records
Qualifications
Previous experience in security operations management required
Prior supervisory or multi-site management experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Working knowledge of scheduling systems and payroll processes
Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
Must meet state licensing requirements for security professionals in MO
