Business Office Manager (BOM)
Job Summary:
Aspen Meadows Health and Rehabilitation Center is currently seeking a Business Office Manager (BOM). The ideal professional will be a well‑rounded and organized individual that has an understanding of Medicaid, Medicare and insurance billing.
Essential Functions:
Maintain records of A/R, A/P, payroll, admissions, bank deposits, census, and residents’ personal fund interest‑bearing accounts
Manage and follow up on accounts receivable and collections, including outstanding balances and aging reports
Perform monthly billing for residents and responsible parties
Assist with the admission of new residents, including discussing financial arrangements and ensuring all admission paperwork is completed
Maintain petty cash, reconcile accounts, and request replenishment as needed
Education, Licensure, and Experience:
Required: High School diploma or equivalent
Preferred: Two years of business office experience
Preferred: Knowledge of medical insurance billing, including Medicaid and Medicare
Preferred: Experience with collections and accounts receivable follow-up
