We are recruiting on behalf of a boutique Pilates studio in Riyadh, set to open in July 2026.
This beautifully designed space will offer a calm, elegant, and wellness-focused environment, catering to clients seeking a premium, personalised Pilates experience.
The studio is looking for a skilled and client-focused Pilates Instructor to be part of their founding team.
The Role
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality Pilates sessions, ensuring a safe, effective, and welcoming experience for every client.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver private and small group Pilates sessions (Reformer & Cadillac)
Ensure correct technique, alignment, and safe practice at all times
Guide clients through programmes focused on mobility, strength, control, and relaxation
Create a calm, professional, and personalised client experience
Build strong relationships with clients and support their fitness journey
Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Pilates Instructor
Certified in Pilates (Reformer & Cadillac)
Experience delivering private and small group sessions
Strong understanding of assessment, alignment, and movement quality
Conversational English or Arabic
Open to international candidates

Salary from SAR 12,000 (negotiable based on experience)
Commission 15%-30% on private sessions / additional hours
