THE TYPE OF GROUNDSKEEPER WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications:
Reliable daily transportation with a clean driving record
Ability to be on-call
Ability to take constructive criticism and correction
Safety-focused for yourself and your team
Capable of lifting over 75 pounds
Ability to pass a drug screening
Knowledge in the installation of plants and trees, edging, laying pavers, and creating retaining walls (preferred)
Possessing these traits would also be ideal:
Dependable
Hardworking
Honest
Neat in appearance
Self-motivated
WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR GROUNDSKEEPER
This full-time landscaping role usually works 10 hours a day, Monday through Friday, with the opportunity to work overtime.
As a valued Groundskeeper, each day begins with your infectious positivity and unwavering work ethic. Arriving at the job site with reliable transportation, you're equipped to take on a diverse range of tasks. You could be working with retaining walls and paver patios, performing new lawn installation or topsoil spreading, providing drainage solutions, or even planting trees and shrubs. Your resilience and prior labor experience are evident, ensuring that every project is executed with meticulous attention to detail and precision. Your seamless collaboration with colleagues fosters a supportive environment focused on safety and professionalism, both on-site and when interacting with our clients. While occasional on-call responsibilities may arise, your flexibility and availability after hours demonstrate your dedication to our team's success.
*Must be able to pass drug test ( heroin, cocaine, amphetamines, opiates, phencyclidine)
