Highlights of the Server Position
A minimum of one year relevant experience in hospitality, full‑service, or senior living (preferred).
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing with residents and staff.
Demonstrates good judgment, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
Prepares food items and serves food to residents within the scheduled time frame.
Cleans and maintains food service areas, including kitchen and dining room.
