Job Overview
Food Runner (Seasonal), Tropics – Hilton Orlando. We are looking for a Poolside Food Runner to join our seasonal team at Tropics.
Shift Pattern
This is a seasonal position from February to September. Open availability is required to support AM and PM shifts. Weekend availability (at least two weekend days) is also required.
Pay Rate
$14.00 per hour, plus tips.

Responsibilities
Maintain and transport all food products for designated outlet(s).
Prepare and replenish foods for hot and cold buffets (e.g., fruit, juices, cereals, bread, hot food).
Replenish ice and maintain time and temperature sanitation standards.
Transport food items to and from the kitchen.
Check, maintain, and control inventory of food items.
Restock outlet(s) with inventory and break down the buffet to clean, replace, and set for next day.
Perform general cleaning to maintain cleanliness of work area.
Put away food stock and dry goods according to established standards.
Qualifications
At least 1 year of customer service experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong passion for guest service.
Availability to work a minimum of two weekend days.
Prior restaurant experience preferred but not required.
